One bad tenant can wipe out a year of returns. CANI’s Worry-Free plan adds financial protection on top of our Smart Asset management, delivered through our risk-management partner SureVestor, so owners are not carrying common rental risks alone.

• Rent loss: up to $3,000 per month for up to 6 months
• Malicious tenant damage: up to $35,000*
• Tenant theft: up to $15,000*
• Eviction filing fee and eviction defense costs: up to $5,000
• Sheriff fees: up to $600
• Loss due to use of a digital lock box: up to $5,000
• Service or companion animal damage: up to $1,000
• Re-keying of locks after an eviction: up to $400
• $1,000,000 of coverage against third-party claims

*A deductible of $1,500 per event applies to all malicious damage and theft claims. Protections apply on qualifying plans and properties.

Worry-Free includes every Smart Asset service: occupied-property inspections, vacancy utility coordination, quarterly pest control, HVAC filter replacement, hazard-claim assistance and tenant liability-insurance administration, on top of our core management.
