CANI Property Management is a full-service property management company serving residential real estate investors throughout Central Florida. We help owners protect, manage and grow their rental assets through strategic property management, leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, inspections, financial reporting and asset-focused oversight. CANI stands for Constant And Never-ending Improvement, which reflects how we approach both our clients’ investments and our own company. We combine local market expertise, technology, proactive communication and an investor-minded approach so owners get more from their real estate without managing the day-to-day themselves.

Our leadership is active across Central Florida real estate and business. Both company principals are members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and CANI belongs to the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association and its Property Management and Commercial Councils, NAWBO Orlando, the DeLand & Greater West Volusia Chamber of Commerce, BNI Connectors, the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (Strategic Partner with the Volusia, Daytona Beach Area and Flagler County networks), Central Florida Realty Investors and GrowFL. The Local Magazine has named CANI “Best Property Manager” two years in a row.

Licensed since 2006, Jeremy has managed and renovated hundreds of properties for clients and his own portfolio. While with a nationally recognized relocation firm he was named the top property manager in the country. He leads CANI with a simple mission: protect and grow client investments through transparent communication and proactive solutions.

Angelia is a nationally recognized business strategist and speaker with more than 20 years in operations, manufacturing, project management and business development. As CEO she leads CANI’s strategic direction, brand and long-range growth, building the systems that move a business from reactive to intentional.

Megara specializes in tenant communication, property photography and detailed document review, and prepares thorough move-in and move-out reports that support smooth transitions and protect owners’ investments.

Lora coordinates lease applications, prepares lease documents and keeps tenant records accurate, and she supports residents and daily operations so leasing runs on schedule and in line with company policy.

Fatima runs CANI’s social media, website updates, video, graphic design and creative content for owners and residents, and leads the community outreach that helps listings move faster.
