Three Levels of Property Management
No rent, no fee. Every plan includes attorney-drafted leases, full tenant screening, monthly owner statements and owner and resident portals.
Basic

Core professional property management: leasing support, rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, accounting and financial reporting, inspections at turnover, lease administration, and owner and resident portal access.
Most Popular
Smart Asset
$189
per month
Everything in Basic plus enhanced asset oversight and risk reduction: occupied-property inspections, vacancy utility coordination, pest-control service, HVAC filter replacement, hazard-claim assistance and additional property-protection measures.
Worry-Free
$299
per month
Our highest level of protection and oversight: everything in Smart Asset plus qualifying financial protections, including rent-loss coverage, eviction-expense protection, malicious-damage and theft protection, and liability protection.
Leasing and Account Fees
- Leasing fee: $1,250
- Account setup fee: $250
- Lease renewal fee: $500
Service availability, plan features and pricing may vary based on property type, location, condition, occupancy status and the level of management or protection selected.
Add-Ons for the Basic Plan
- Utility management: $150
- Hazard insurance claim assistance: $299
- Occupied inspections: $199 each
Smart Asset includes occupied inspections every 6 months; additional inspections are $199 each.
